Cancellation & Credit Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. All payments made for our tours, programs, courses, or other services are non-refundable in cash once a booking has been confirmed. In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid will instead be converted into a credit valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
This credit can be used for the same tour at a later date, another tour or travel program offered by us, our online Arabic language courses, our international volunteering programs, or other eligible services offered by us. The credit may also be transferred to another person upon request, provided that the new participant meets the requirements of the selected program. If the new booking or service costs more than the available credit, the participant must pay the difference.
If it costs less, the remaining balance will remain available as credit until the original 12-month validity period expires. In exceptional circumstances, we may extend the validity of the credit at our discretion and with written confirmation. If we cancel a program due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative date or an equivalent program, with the amount paid being converted into credit where appropriate. Any costs paid directly to third-party providers, such as accommodation, transportation, entrance fees, or other external services, may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies. By making a booking, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Credit Policy.
